I was terminated from a carrier and want to submit an appeal. What do I do?

Draft on a simple text document:

  1. Address the carrier, e.g., “To the compliance team at Aetna,”

  2. A summary statement (no more than 5 lines) of what happened and why the termination occurred, according to your point of view

  3. Admit any of your own wrongdoing (2 - 5 lines, or bulleted)

  4. Explain how you have corrected your mistake moving forward to ensure it won’t happen again (2 - 5 lines, or bulleted)

  5. Demonstrate credibility by listing the major carriers you are appointed with and the approximate. sales written without any infraction

Send the statement to [email protected] with the subject line “Appeal for appointment reinstatement”. We will submit it to the carrier and attempt your reinstatement.
