Enrollment Quality Tab

The Enrollment quality tab under Business Performance provides agents with a single, accurate view of their output quality across all agents and contracts, allowing them to identify direct opportunities for improvement. Agency Principals may also review this information when selecting key metrics from the Agency Enrollment Scorecard located in the Performance tab of the Agency view.

Enrollment Quality Data Provided

Enrollment Quality will provide you with a clear view of the outcomes of your applications submitted, separating those that have already terminated from those that lasted for at least 90 days.

The Enrollment quality tab displays:

  • Accretion rate: Percent of applications that effectuated.

  • Rapid disenrollment rate: Percent of applications that effectuated but disenrolled within 90 days.

📣 IMPORTANT NOTE: The Enrollment Quality tab only includes data from certified carriers: Anthem, Cigna, Devoted, Humana, UnitedHealthcare, and Wellcare.

Enrollment quality data is also visualized in a chart that can be filtered by Carriers, Product type, and Enrollment status:

Filtering options

The filter bar at the top of the Enrollment Quality tab lets you narrow the enrollments shown in the chart, the accretion and rapid disenrollment cards, and the table. Filters apply to the whole page at once.

Available filters:

  • Date view — sets the time period shown (see Time range options below).

  • Year — the fiscal year to view. This is disabled when a custom date range is active, since the range already defines the dates.

  • Carriers — filter to one or more carriers that provide enrollment quality data (multi-select).

  • Product type — filter by plan/product type.

  • Agent — filter to a specific agent (shown only in Agency performance view).

  • Status — filter by enrollment outcome: Quality Enrollments (effectuated and did not term within 90 days), Rapid Disenrollments (effectuated but disenrolled within 90 days), or Attrited (never became effective).

Time range options

The Date view dropdown controls the period of data on the page:

  • Fiscal year — Spark's fiscal year, which runs February through January of the following year. The fiscal year runs a year ahead of the calendar year because it references the enrollment year for that year's Annual Election Period. For example, fiscal year 2027 starts February 2026 and ends January 2027.

  • AEP (Annual Election Period) — enrollments with an effective date in January of the selected year.

  • OEP (Open Enrollment Period) — enrollments with an effective date in February, March, or April of the selected year.

  • Rest of year (ROY) — enrollments with an effective date from May through December of the selected year.

  • Custom — choose any start and end date. See below.

Custom time range

Selecting Custom from the Date view dropdown opens the Select date range window, where you can review any span of dates instead of a preset selling period. This is useful for reconciliation work that doesn't line up neatly with a fiscal year or selling period.

  • Quick presets are listed on the left: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, Last month, and This year.

  • To set your own range, use the two-month calendar: click your start date, then your end date. Use the arrows to move between months. Choosing an earlier date after a later one automatically swaps them.

  • Click Apply to update the page (Apply becomes available once both a start and end date are selected), or Cancel to discard.

  • While a custom range is active, the Year dropdown is turned off. Custom ranges can span more than one year; when they do, the chart's x-axis labels include the year (for example, "Jan 2026") so multi-year views stay readable.
