If a contact is missing their address on their profile, you can continue as normal to send an SOA via the platform without being notified to update their address.
Once you are ready to send the SOA, you’ll see the current beneficiary details pre-loaded into the Scope of Appointment form.
In order to have the SOA signed and sent back to you, the contact will have to add their address if it’s not already in their profile. Once they’ve added their address via the form, it will automatically add it to their profile.
