FAQ

Is the newsletter available in Spanish?

Yes! As of May 15, 2024 we now offer the Client Retention newsletter to Spanish clients.

Is Spark Client Services able to call phone numbers that start with international phone codes?

We are able to only call US phone numbers even if the +52 number is from the US side of the Mexican border.

Is there a Spanish option when individuals call Spark Client Services?

Our client services number is answered in English. If a non-Spanish speaking navigator answers, they will do their best to connect the caller to next available Spanish speaker.

Are the client retention postcards sent in Spanish?

If the client’s “Language Preference” is set to Spanish in their contact in the Spark account, we will send the client retention postcards in Spanish. The postcards include:

  • New Plan Enrollment

  • AEP Survey

  • Birthday Cards

The only engagement that is not translated yet is the email newsletter. We do not have a current timeline for newsletter translation.

If I opt for birthdays cards to be sent, will my Spanish speaking clients receive a card in Spanish?

Yes, as long as their "Language Preference" is set to Spanish.
