Spark will keep the identity of anyone who reports a concern or issue confidential to the extent required by law. In some cases, a reporter’s identity may be disclosed (1) in order to comply with a legal/regulatory requirement, or (2) when necessary to investigate and resolve a reported issue.
Retaliation against individuals who report concerns or issues in good faith is strictly prohibited.
