Spark’s Compliance Team supports agencies and agents across all areas of Medicare compliance, including guidance, education, monitoring, and material review. Agencies and agents are encouraged to reach out whenever questions arise or support is needed.

Compliance Office Hours are available for agencies and agents who prefer real-time conversation or have questions best discussed live.

Weekly Compliance Office Hours

  • Monday: 9:00 AM–12:30 PM CT – Schedule

  • Tuesday: 9:00 AM–11:00 AM CT – Schedule

  • Thursday: 9:00 AM –12:00 PM CT – Schedule

Office hours are helpful for:

  • Walking through compliance questions live

  • Discussing material ideas before submission

  • Reviewing common issues or requirements

  • Getting clarification on guidance articles
