Zapier is not HIPAA-compliant, so we can not add any fields that have PHI.
Does the webhook trigger for every contact created?

Right now, the webhook only triggers once a policy has been added to a contact and for every update after that. We are planning to update this in the future to be more configurable.

The webhook is trigger based, so it will trigger for every change after setting it up. You will have to make some sort of update for it to work retroactively (or wait for an update to happen).
What if my CRM doesn’t natively accept webhooks? Such as AgencyBloc and Salesforce?
What if my CRM doesn’t natively accept webhooks? Such as AgencyBloc and Salesforce?
If your CRM does not natively accept webhooks, you will have to work with a third-party integrator to build what is necessary to capture the webhook and store it in your platform.
