Every marketing and communication material must have a compliant agent title in it. You can say things like “I specialize in Medicare” after the title, but you cannot say “Medicare expert", "Medicare Advisor”, etc.
If an agent's phone number or a number that will route to sales is included, it must clearly indicate before the number that it will direct callers to a licensed sales agent.
