If you want to use a carrier’s logo, it must go through the carrier approval process. These are the steps for each carrier:

Downline agents or agencies will need to follow the below registration instructions for access to HealthSpring assets. Once registered, a licensing agreement will be sent over for signature.
Go to https://www.3005brand.com/bms/ and complete the registration request to secure the HealthSpring assets.
Once completed, you will receive an email from [email protected] with a subject line of HealthSpring Brand Asset Request
You will receive the licensing agreement as a PDF. Please sign and return to [email protected] and cc: your Account Manager as quickly as possible to ensure the HealthSpring team can grant you access to the logo artwork in a timely manner.
The Brand Administrator will get you set up on Brand Source so you can secure the assets you may need.
