If you have access to Spark, you can request a contract directly on the platform. Refer to the directions below to get started:
In Agent view, select Back office. Under Carrier contracts, select View carrier contracts.
Click on Request a contract.
On the Agent information page, enter a Preferred Name along with the contact details.
When completed, click Continue at the bottom of the page.
On the Agency information page, enter all the requested information regarding your agency.
When completed, click Continue at the bottom of the page.
On the Contracts page, choose whether the Carrier Request is New, Transfer, or should be Ignored.
Answer the AHIP certification question. Click Continue.
For each carrier, download and complete the release document and upload it. If you are not ready to upload, you can also select I will upload this release later or I will not be receiving a release.
When you click the Upload Release button, a pop-up will prompt you to upload the release form by dragging and dropping or searching for it on your device. You will also need to check off the Acknowledgements before clicking Submit document.
Once you are done uploading any releases, click Continue at the bottom of the page.
Under Review Contracts, confirm your requested carrier contracts and review Acknowledgements. You also have the option to Edit requested carriers.
When done reviewing, click Sign documents & review next steps. On the next page, you will be asked to sign the document.
Click Submit contract request when you are finished.
