Contract Link Resend Request - Agent Process

Overview

The Spark Platform is introducing a new feature that empowers agents to request a resend of their contracting link directly without contacting support. This enhancement streamlines the contracting process and provides agents with greater autonomy and efficiency in managing their contract status.

When to Send a Resend Link

A resend link can be requested under these conditions:

  • If the last contracting link was sent over 14 days ago: A new link can be requested directly through the platform.

  • If the last link was sent within 14 days: you will see a message indicating that the link was recently sent, along with instructions on how to access or use that existing link.

  • If the carrier requires self-enrollment: Instead of a resend option, instructions for self-enrollment will be displayed.

Contracts Eligible for Resend

The following contract status is eligible for resend:

  • Contract Sent

  • Pending: Complete Certifications

  • Expired

  • No Longer Contracted (recent year)

  • No Longer Interested

  • Rejected by Carrier

  • Under Other FMO

How to Send a Resend Link

Navigate to the Carrier Contracts Page (Back Office > View carrier contracts)

Locate the contract and click the three-dot menu (vertical ellipsis). If eligible, select Resend Contracting Link.

You will be presented with two options:

Send a New Link: Clicking the red button submits the request.

A confirmation banner will appear, letting you know the request has been received.

Link Recently Sent: You will see this message if the link was sent in the last 14 days.
