We can print and deliver handwritten birthday cards for your contacts at cost, with no setup required on your end. We use the service Handwrytten for personalized hand-written cards at $2.50 per card. This service is optional.
Opting In
To opt in to the Birthday cards, click on Back Office and select View Retention Campaigns under Client Retention. Turn on the toggle next to Birthday cards to participate. The toggle will turn blue when activated.
Which of my contacts will receive a birthday card?
Are identified as an Active Client
Have an active policy MA, MAPD (including Dual and Chronic SNPs), Med Supp, or PDP added to their contact
Have a DOB added to their contact
Have a Home or Mailing Address
Do not have a Birthday Card or Mail Opt-out on their contact
Birthday Cards are sent and logged in the platform 2 weeks before the DOB, so the client needs to have the following in their contact profile two weeks before their DOB:
Mailing Address
Active Medicare Policy
Note: Any clients that are added within 2 weeks of the DOB won't receive a card.
