We’ve redesigned contact details to streamline data capture and add additional fields to better capture needs across your entire book of business.

  • Agents now have a tabular view of all the data they will be inputting in addition to new forms. As agents go through the add contact flow, they’ll be able to go back and forth between the tabs

  • Chronic conditions and additional financial assistance-related programs are able to be input directly

  • You can also opt your contacts out of specific communications and program engagements directly in the contact creation flow.

Additional Contact Details Changes

  • Information and Needs has now split into Healthcare and Medicare

  • Removed link-outs on the provider address/phone numbers

  • Removed the small “Address” and “Phone” labels

  • Flipped position of physicians and providers with pharmacies and prescriptions
