Create Contact Reports

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Filter through your list of contacts with details including plan type, language preference, survey completion status, and more!

To get started with Contact Reporting, head over to our Contacts tab in the platform.

Agents are able to run reports for a variety of reasons and can filter with numerous options. Check out our list below for some helpful examples and walkthroughs of how you can pull different contact reports in the platform:

Run a report for:

Identifying which contacts have completed a Needs Assessment (or AEP survey) and have made changes via the survey

Identifying clients enrolled with a specific product type, carrier, and plan name

Identifying clients with a specific provider

If there are clients that have the same provider and you want to create filtered reports to group them together, you are now able to do so.

Creating a mailing list of your Active Clients or Prospects

It’s always helpful to stay up to date on a client’s address when it comes to sending out mail for communication. You can create a filtered list of your clients, include their mailing address, and then export it to your tool of choice for bulk mailing.

Identifying contacts with specific Healthcare and Medicare details

If you want to reach out to specific clients on specific prescriptions, you can now create a filter for that. You can also find clients from your list of contacts with Chronic conditions, that are Veterans, and more.

Exporting Email Addresses from Contact Reporting

If you need to quickly send mass communications, you can create the report and have the list of names and email addresses in a .text document or simply copied into your clipboard.
