Who’s it for?

Whether you’re just getting started or are a seasoned pro, Marketing Materials automatically generates marketing essentials for your business. Spark handles design, copywriting, and compliance so you can hit the ground running.

How to use it

Simply update your marketing profile, choose your preferred language of materials, select your desired asset, and download. Within seconds, you'll have branded, personalized materials at your fingertips. While our materials can be printed at home or a local FedEx / Staples / etc., we strongly suggest using a professional printer to get the best quality. What’s provided?

From business cards to event flyers, we've curated a collection of essential assets, available in both English and Spanish. The best part? Each asset comes pre-loaded with your agency branding, contact info, headshot, and QR code linking to your agency webpage.

Available Materials

Business Card

  • Type of Asset: Print

  • Purpose: Hand out to clients or local businesses to partner with.

Permission to Contact Card

  • Type of Asset: Print

  • Purpose: This card can be used to obtain permission from potential clients to contact them regarding Medicare coverage. The PTC form can be an additional option for clients who prefer to fill out a written copy instead of utilizing a QR code for a digital permission to contact at an event.

Turning 65 Mailer

  • Type of Asset: Direct Mail

  • Purpose: Reach individuals turning 65 in a specific area. Purchase leads in specific zip codes, counties, or states that are turning 65 and encourage them to contact you for their Medicare questions.

AEP Flyer

  • Type of Asset: Print

  • Purpose: Post in local businesses, senior centers, and community boards or hand out at local events to raise awareness of your services and encourage clients to schedule plan reviews during AEP.

AEP Event Flyer

  • Type of Asset: Digital / Print

  • Purpose: Share via email, social media, and community websites to drive attendance to your AEP seminars, workshops, or informational sessions.

AEP Event Mailer

  • Type of Asset: Direct Mail

  • Purpose: Mail to local leads inviting them to attend your Medicare educational seminars, ensuring they know the date, location, and what they’ll learn about their Medicare options.

  • Purpose:

    • Inform prospective clients of the upcoming Annual Enrollment Period and their chance to enroll in Medicare.

    • Purchase leads in specific zip codes, counties, or states that are turning 65 and encourage them to contact you for their Medicare questions.

AEP Email

  • Type of Asset: Digital

  • Purpose:

    • Inform prospective clients of the upcoming Annual Enrollment Period and their chance to enroll in Medicare.

    • Use email as another channel to target prospective clients. Keep track of prospective list and email performance to continue outreach to those prospects.

New to Medicare Flyer

  • Type of Asset: print or digital

  • Purpose:

Event Flyer

  • Type of Asset: print or digital

  • Purpose:

    • Editable event flyer to add your event information and distribute to prospective clients to attend an in-person educational seminar or health talk.

    • Distribute to local businesses, provider groups, or senior centers to encourage prospective clients to attend your event to learn more about Medicare.

Medicare 101 Presentation

  • Type of Asset: Digital

  • Purpose:

    • Educate beneficiaries in your local community with Medicare 101 seminars at community centers, senior centers, or other relevant venues.

    • Use the presentation as an educational opportunity to showcase your expertise and build trust with attendees.

Customizations with Canva

We recommend using Canva for any customizations. At this time, Spark does not support custom marketing materials. Once you have downloaded your Marketing Materials asset, you can import it to Canva to make any customizations you need. Please ensure you submit your material to [email protected] or submit it for review here if you make any changes to the marketing material.

How to convert your Medicare 101 PDF into PowerPoint

We recommend utilizing Medicare 101 as a digital presentation. Navigate to Canva’s free PDF to PPT converter to convert your PDF into PowerPoint. Upload your Medicare 101 PDF, make any formatting changes needed, and download it as a PowerPoint presentation. Please note that the formatting will not upload perfectly to Canva, and you may need to make a few formatting changes before downloading it as a PowerPoint presentation.
