Access Your Spark Platform Account

Steps for accessing the Spark Platform, plus how to fix restricted access errors for LOA agents and incomplete CCRs.

Learn what to expect when getting access to the Spark Platform, including how to resolve common access errors.

Receive Your Platform Access and Log In

To get started with the Spark Platform, you’ll first complete the CCR (Carrier Contract Request) form provided by your upline. This process will guide you through creating your account and accessing the platform.

If you have any questions about onboarding, please contact us at [email protected].

Complete Your CCR Form

Your onboarding begins with the CCR form sent by your upline. This form collects the information needed to set up your access to the Spark Platform.

At the end of the form, you will be prompted to:

  • Create your Spark Platform username and password

  • Log in to the platform

Once you successfully log in, your account will be activated, and you’ll have full access to the Spark Platform, including SunFire.

Log in to the Spark Platform

After creating your credentials, log in using the username and password you created during the CCR process.

For easy access in the future, we recommend bookmarking:

platform.sparkadvisors.com

An email will be sent to you with instructions on completing the setup of your account.

If You Haven’t Logged In Yet

If you complete the CCR form but do not log into the platform right away, you may receive reminder emails prompting you to finish setting up your account.

These reminders help ensure you:

  • Create your Spark account

  • Log in and complete onboarding

Once you log in successfully, you’ll have full access to begin using the platform.

:warning: Seeing a “Your access is restricted” error?

If you're unable to log in and see a restricted access message, it usually means one step in the onboarding process is still incomplete. There are two main causes. Find yours below.

LOA Agents Waiting on an Agency Principal Invite

If you see this when trying to log in:

"Your access is restricted. Your account must be set up with LOA platform access. Please contact your agency principal for an LOA platform invite."

...you are an LOA (Licensed-Only Agent) and your account is waiting on an invite from your Agency Principal (AP). This is expected and is not a system error.

Spark cannot send this invite for you. Only your Agency Principal can. Here's what to do:

  1. Contact your Agency Principal directly. Let them know you need to be invited to their LOA Book of Business in Spark.

  2. Watch for an email from Spark. Once your AP sends the invite, you'll receive an email with the subject line "[Agency Name] LOA Book of Business invite". Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

  3. Click "View invite" in the email, then Agree & continue on the confirmation screen.

  4. Log in to the platform. Your access should now be active.

For Agency Principals: How to Send the LOA Invite

If you're an AP and your LOA agent is asking for an invite, here's the short version:

  1. In Spark, switch to LOA View using Change view in the top right.

  2. Navigate to Back Office > Agents & LOA Settings, then click Manage LOA.

  3. Under the Agent access tab, find the agent and click Invite Agent on the far right.

For full instructions (including how to manage book visibility settings), see the Agency Book of Business article.

CCR Form Not Yet Completed

If you haven't completed your CCR (Carrier Contract Request) form, your platform access won't be activated, and you may see a restricted access message when trying to log in.

To resolve this:

  • Locate the CCR onboarding link sent to you by your upline.

  • Complete the form in full, including creating your Spark username and password at the end.

  • Log in to confirm your access is active.

For full details, see the Complete Your CCR Form section above.

Still Can't Access the Platform?

If you've completed the steps above and still can't log in:

  • Wait at least 30 minutes after your AP sends the invite (or after completing your CCR) for changes to take effect.

  • Confirm the invite or CCR was tied to the same email address you're using to log in.

  • If access still isn't working, email [email protected] with your name, agency name, and the email address tied to your Spark account.
