Access Your Spark Platform Account

Updated over a week ago

Learn what to expect when getting access to the Spark Platform.

Receive Your Platform Access and Log In

To get started with the Spark Platform, you’ll first complete the CCR (Carrier Contract Request) form provided by your upline. This process will guide you through creating your account and accessing the platform.

If you have any questions about onboarding, please contact us at [email protected].

Complete Your CCR Form

Your onboarding begins with the CCR form sent by your upline. This form collects the information needed to set up your access to the Spark Platform.

At the end of the form, you will be prompted to:

  • Create your Spark Platform username and password

  • Log in to the platform

Once you successfully log in, your account will be activated, and you’ll have full access to the Spark Platform, including SunFire.

Log in to the Spark Platform

After creating your credentials, log in using the username and password you created during the CCR process.

For easy access in the future, we recommend bookmarking:

platform.sparkadvisors.com

An email will be sent to you with instructions on completing the setup of your account.

If You Haven’t Logged In Yet

If you complete the CCR form but do not log into the platform right away, you may receive reminder emails prompting you to finish setting up your account.

These reminders help ensure you:

  • Create your Spark account

  • Log in and complete onboarding

Once you log in successfully, you’ll have full access to begin using the platform.

:warning: Seeing a “Your access is restricted” error?

If you’re unable to log in or see a restricted access message, it usually means one step in the onboarding process is still incomplete.

To access the platform, make sure:

  • You’ve completed your CCR (Carrier Contract Request)

  • If you’re an LOA agent, ensure that your Agency Principal has invited you to their Book of Business

Even after completing your CCR, LOA agents may not have full access until this invitation is sent and accepted. If you’re unsure, reach out to your Agency Principal to confirm your access has been set up.
