This article is for agents whose Spark platform access was removed after an agency requested a release or termination. If you are having trouble logging in for any other reason, see Access Your Spark Platform Account.
Why Your Access Was Removed
Spark platform access comes with working with an agency on Spark. When an agency requests a release or termination for an agent, Spark removes that agent’s access.
A release request for all carriers leads to removal of platform access once all releases are complete. For more on how releases work, see Release Requests: A Detailed Guide to the Process.
Spark sends an email notice two weeks before access is removed.
Who to Contact
Because the request came from your agency, your upline is the best person to contact with questions, including your contracts and what comes next.
📣 IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are still working with your agency, let your upline know right away. Your upline needs to reach out to Spark at [email protected].
