We're excited to announce a new feature in Spark: Crosswalks! This update improves how plan information is managed across the platform. Instead of relying on manual updates, Spark now uses CMS data to keep policy details accurate and up to date.

What is a Crosswalk?
A crosswalk occurs when a previous plan is automatically transitioned to a new one—typically when the original plan is no longer available or has been updated.
Crosswalking Process
The Spark platform will automatically crosswalk plans dating back to 2022. This ensures older plans are accurately transitioned to their current versions. For crosswalks going into the next year, they will be updating after 10/01/2025.
