Overview
Spark is helping to minimize churn heading into 2026 by helping beneficiaries stay informed about plan exits and how to maintain coverage through their agents. To support this effort, Spark will introduce additional email drip campaigns that enable agents to automate more of their retention and prospecting workflows. These campaigns will reduce manual effort and help drive higher conversion and retention rates.
Opting In
Agents will be able to opt into the plan exit campaign on the Client Retention page
How the Campaign Works
Timing
The Plan Exit campaign reaches out to people whose policies have ended. Emails will begin sending immediately—on day T+0—once a plan exit is detected. Going into 2026, this will likely be the week of 10/7.
When It Stops
The campaign sends up to three email drips, but will stop early if a new Scope of Appointment (SOA) and Needs Assessment is recorded in the contact’s details after the emails have started.
