Once you’ve been notified that your client has a plan exit, you can work with them via the information you received from their AEP survey, or you can send them a Needs Assessment and SOA to gather additional details about their latest Medicare needs to help get them signed up for a new plan. We recommend that you ensure your notification preferences are correct in the platform. You can update them here and ensure you are notified about Notes created by Spark via email and SMS/text message.
