Spark now offers Call Recording within the platform. You can make inbound calls directly from the platform or receive calls to your Spark business phone number. With both workflows, upon the calls connecting and being answered, the recording process begins and is directly uploaded to the platform.

Common Issues with Feature
Why am I not receiving calls?
Confirm you have the correct forwarding number
Confirm you do not have a contact in your platform with the same number as your forwarding number.
This could have happened when testing out the contact creation feature

Google Voice Phone Number
We recommend creating a Google Voice Number and connect that it to your personal number. From there, you can use the Google Voice Number as the forwarding number in the platform to set up your calls.
