Create digital permission-to-contact forms to gather new prospect information. All forms are automatically customized to your business and can be found directly in your Spark account. Sources can be created under the Marketing page.

Easily Track Campaigns with QR Codes

Generate QR Codes and link to any campaign! Typically, we see agents place their Source QR Codes on:

  • Educational packets

  • Flyers for retail events

  • Business cards

  • Flyers for your provider partners

  • Postcard lead campaigns

If you need to delete a Source from your platform, please submit a ticket to [email protected] and the Spark team will take care of it for you.

How do I access the Sources tool?

Can we email a link to our clients instead of using a QR code?

Yes! You can generate both a URL and a QR code.

Is the QR code compliant for use at an educational event?

Yes! All of our marketing resources are approved by CMS for compliance. The Sources tool collects a PTC when the client fills out the form.

Can the QR code be translated into any language other than English or Spanish?

It is currently available only in Spanish and English.

Can the QR code be added to a social media post?

Yes, you can create and download unique QR codes for each social media post to better understand how they perform and which post converts best.

Is completing the needs assessment optional for the prospect?

Yes, a client does not need to complete a needs assessment to be enrolled. However, we strongly encourage all agents to follow up with those clients to ensure they are accurately capturing providers, medications, conditions, and more, and matching them with a plan that fits their needs.

Does the needs assessment specifically ask for PCP and specialists? Does it ask clients to specify their specialty?

Yes, our needs assessment has fields for PCP and specialists. Our database flags the doctor's area of expertise in your contact’s record.

Can the person return to the needs assessment if they close the SOA? At a table event, prospects may not be able to do the needs assessment.

Yes, a client can bypass the needs assessment in the tool. To have them fill it out later, resend the needs assessment via Spark.

Are the needs assessment and SOA the same as the ones in the AEP retention campaign?

Yes, the needs assessment and SOA are the same as the ones sent through the AEP retention campaign.

Is there a way to bulk email the SOA to my book?

Can you please confirm that Spark does not sell uploaded client data to another party?

We will never sell your data. You own all the information, data, and materials you upload to Spark. See our terms of service here.

Can Spark be integrated with GoHighLevel to run marketing campaigns?

Does Spark offer a personal URL for a client to self-enroll?

Yes, through Sunfire. You can send the personalized URL to your clients. Spark then automatically captures that data.
