If you are an Agency Principal with Spark, you can access the new Agency View from the menu bar panel:
In the Agency View, you’ll be able to see a new panel that includes Agent details, Dashboards, Production, Finances, and Carrier Contracts.
Keep up to date with your agents and their status within the platform in the Agents tab.
In Production, you can view all the submitted applications done through Spark for yourself and your downlines.
View all things related to finance in the Finances tab, including commissions and requesting a reimbursement.
You can easily switch back to Agent View by selecting the button in the bottom left.
