Update - You can now filter for 2025 AEP surveys and additional Needs Assessments
With the updated filter, you can see which contacts have received or completed their survey. This can be helpful for AEP 2025 to ensure you have the updated information for your contact’s needs once they’ve submitted any changes.
By clicking Edit Report, you can filter for a specific view and begin working with your contacts:
Updates to Review — A banner will appear on your contact’s profile with updates to their profile via the AEP 2025 survey. Click Confirm to remove them from this filter once you’ve verified their info.
Completed in the Last 90 Days — If your client completed the survey in the last 90 days, you can filter for them with this option.
Sent in Last 90 Days — If you’ve sent surveys in the last 90 days and want to see which clients received them, use this option!
Sent but not completed — Use this filter if you want to see which contacts you’ve sen the survey to, but they haven’t completed it yet. Reach out to them via email or by phone to ensure they get it done.
Not Sent — Filter for a set list of contacts you haven’t sent a survey to just yet. You can then work one by one to get them the survey sent or any additional help.
