Quote & Enroll Plan Enrollment E-Signature Process

Step 1: Initial Email from [email protected]

Your clients will receive this email from [email protected] inviting them to sign their enrollment. Your name will be listed at the bottom of the email.

Step 2: Verify Information

Clients will be asked to verify their personal code (provided by you) and their DOB to access the enrollment application

Step 3: Review Application

Clients will be able to review the application information added by their agent.

Step 4: Sign & Submit

Clients will be able to type in their e-signature to complete the application.
