MedSupp & Ancillaries Update
Agents enrolling MedSupp and ancillary products can now use Sunfire as an alternative to CSG, with the added benefit that enrollments will automatically sync into Spark.
MedSupp and ancillary plans submitted through Sunfire — including NDC Dental and UHOne Hospital Indemnity — now ingest directly into the client record in Spark. This means no separate manual tracking and a more complete view of client coverage in one place.
We’ve also made an update to the Sunfire Applications Dashboard. While ancillary products are not included in the summary charts or top-line totals, all ancillary enrollments are now visible in the detailed report below the visuals, making it easier to review and reconcile production activity.
This workflow sets the stage for expanded reporting and deeper insights into ancillary utilization and revenue performance across your book of business — with more enhancements to come.

Clients will receive an email to sign the enrollment application.
Once the enrollment application is submitted, clients will receive an email prompting them to review and electronically sign the application. This step ensures that all required signatures are captured before the application can be processed.
