Guide for completing HRAs with Spark Quote and Enroll
Can I Complete HRAs in Sunfire?
The carriers listed below, under HRAs Supported in Sunfire, are slotted to have integrated HRA in our tool.
After an application is submitted, there will be a Start HRA button on the application if there is an integrated HRA for that carrier.
Agents will be able to complete the HRA there or see the HRA on the Quote and Enroll page on the Dashboard page in the Spark platform.

Aetna
Aetna’s system marks the HRA as "complete" as soon as you click the link. Please ensure the HRA is fully completed and submitted, or reach out to Aetna directly to complete it.
Humana
Humana has extended the HRA deadline for all submissions to the end of AEP on 12/7/2025. For example, if an application was submitted on 10/15, the HRA may now be submitted any time up to 12/7.
Note: If a Humana HRA is past the original 10-day submission window, it must be completed directly in the Humana portal and cannot be submitted through Sunfire.

SCAN | The HRA survey must be submitted electronically using one of two methods below. No other format will be accepted for payment.
1. Complete HRA survey questions at the end of the Electronic Enrollment (on SCAN Producer Portal)

SOLIS | HRA’s are only available to complete for the Healthy Living Plan (HMO). No longer available for the Dual or Chronic Plan.
Once an agent begins the HRA, they only have 15 minutes to fill it out and submit. If they surpass the 15 minutes, they will need to start over.
