Troubleshooting

I am having issues running Sunfire on my iPad/iPhone when using Safari and/or the Launch Sunfire button is unresponsive.

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

  2. Scroll down and tap on Safari.

  3. Scroll to the Block Pop-ups setting and turn it OFF (the slider should turn grey).

  4. Return to Safari and go back to platform.sparkadvisors.com.

  5. Navigate to the Quote & Enroll section and click Launch SunFire.

  6. You should see a pop-up message like the one below – tap Allow.
