Follow the directions below in order to compare suppressed plans in SunFire.
1. Click No current plan in order to add the current plan to the quote.
2. You will see a pop-up box titled Add Current Medicare Plan. Under the question "Are you currently enrolled in a Medicare Advantage or Prescription Drug plan?" click Yes.
3. Search the carrier name to see a full list of plans. Select the suppressed plan from the list.
4. Click on Save plan.
5. The plan will appear in the Current Plan field.
Please note: Suppressed plans will always be listed as "not appointed" even if you are appointed with this carrier in the corresponding state.
6. You will be able to compare the current plan with other plans in the quote using the Compare/Email feature.
Current plans can be compared side by side or sent to a contact via email, like any other plan.
The plan will not support enrollment submission, and applications will need to be submitted via the carrier portal.
