In certain cases, state additions must be completed directly within a carrier’s portal instead of through the Spark Platform. Below you’ll find a list of applicable carriers along with instructions for adding a state. Click the carrier name for a walkthrough, or use the dropdown for directions.
Log in to HealthSpring
Click My Credentials
Click Manage My Sales States
Select MAPDP
If there are states you're eligible to add, you can select them, then click Add Selected States
Log in to the SCAN Producer Portal
Click My Credentials on the left-hand menu
From the dropdown, select Manage My Licenses.
Check the states you would like to include and click Add Selected States

Click My Credentials
Click Manage My Licenses
Select states
Click Add Selected States
