Carrier Pages

Updated over a week ago

Overview

Carrier Pages give agents quick access to carrier-specific information directly from the Contracts & licenses page — without interrupting their workflow.

Instead of searching elsewhere, agents can now click directly from a contract card to view important carrier details such as:

  • Coverage areas

  • Blackout dates

  • Contracting nuances

  • Support contacts

  • Hierarchy recognition

  • Commission payer information

Carrier detail pages are hosted on Softr and are accessible at: agenthubv2.sparkadvisors.com/carriers.

Where to Find Carrier Pages

Carrier links live on the Contracts & Licenses page and can be accessed in three ways:

1. Carrier Name on Contract Card

On the Active Contracts tab, click the carrier name (for example, Aflac) directly on any contract card.

2. Three-Dot Menu → View carrier details

On any contract card:

  • Click the three-dot menu (⋮)

  • Select View carrier details

3. Spark carrier details Link (Bottom of Page)

At the bottom of the Contracts & Licenses page in the Help section, click Spark carrier details to view the full carrier directory.

What Happens When You Click

  • A new browser tab opens.

  • Carrier detail pages are hosted on Softr.

  • The information is maintained and managed by Spark.
