Which one is right for you?
Sunfire Blaze Connect is Sunfire’s quote and enroll tool for field agents, whereas Sunfire Blaze is the equivalent for call center agents. While the experience is largely the same, there are some differences to accommodate the different workflows of the two types of agents.
Additional Features in Blaze
Blaze is intended for use by call center agents. Some of the key features that Blaze has are:
Embedded Scripts - Blaze provides agents with a more guided experience, embedding scripts directly into the enrollment process. These scripts vary by carrier, so you won’t have to think about the differences in their disclaimers when enrolling a member. Agents can acknowledge that different disclaimers were given during the call.
Voice Signatures - Blaze assumes you are using a separate call recording tool to capture the member's signature, and walks the agent through the steps to capture the member’s signature on the recorded line.
Blaze provides a more comprehensive enrollment experience for agents, ensuring closer adherence to carrier-approved scripts. This can ultimately result in higher compliance scores, higher retention metrics, and reduced compliance cases for call centers.
Switching Experiences
By default, Spark enables all field agents on Blaze Connect and all call center agents on Blaze. If you would like an exception to be made for you, please reach out to your Account Manager.
Switching between Blaze and Blaze Connect will not impact the plans that you are ready to sell. The same plans will show in either of these two experiences.
