Where can I access Marketing Training?

  • Grassroots marketing training is provided by our Medicare Trainer and Compliance Lead. View the recent training under Marketing Guides.

  • View Sparks event calendar for upcoming webinars.

Can Spark run custom marketing campaigns for me or my downline agents?

  • At this time Spark does not provide custom assets or campaigns. We offer two main marketing features - Client Retention Program and Marketing Materials. We do offer training and resources to run custom campaigns.

  • Client Retention Program (existing clients)

    • If you are enrolled in the client retention program, your existing clients will be sent marketing materials on your behalf for free in your branding (there are no customizations to this automated service)

  • Marketing Materials (prospects or existing clients)

Can Spark run a social media ad for me?

Spark has async training and can offer best practices for running social media ads, but cannot run your social media ads for you.

Can Spark run an email campaign for my clients?

  • Client Retention Program (existing clients)

    • If you are enrolled in the client retention program your existing clients will be sent marketing materials on your behalf for free in your branding including a monthly newsletter in English and Spanish (there are no customizations to this automated service)

    • Spark provides an HTML email template on Marketing Materials, located in the marketing tab of your platform account. After downloading, you can plug it into the email marketing tool of your choice—check out this email marketing guide HERE.

Can Spark run a direct mail campaign for my clients?

  • Client Retention Program (existing clients)

    • If you are enrolled in the client retention program your existing clients will be sent marketing materials on your behalf for free in your branding including mailers for new plan enrollments and AEP (there are no customizations to this automated service)

  • Marketing Materials (prospects or existing clients)

Can Spark purchase leads for me?

  • No Spark is not able to purchase leads on an agent's behalf. For local mailing leads use https://mutual.usadata.com/.

How do I create a registration page for an upcoming event?

  • Spark cannot create an rsvp page for your event however we recommend using Lu.ma.

Can Spark help me run my sales event?

  • Spark has event marketing guides to help set you up for success with marketing your event, recommended touch points after the event, a compliance checklist and more. See our resource guide HERE.

Can Spark create a marketing plan for my business?

  • Spark is unable to provide custom marketing plans. Please work with your upline on marketing strategy.

Where do I go to access Marketing Materials?

  • Downline agents have access to Marketing Shop: A portal for you to order standard marketing materials at no extra cost including, templated business cards, postcards, brochures, and more! - more information HERE

  • Agency principals and dedicated agency marketers have access to Marketing Center: An advanced marketing tool with over 100+ Medicare-approved templates that you can customize with your branding and run various marketing campaigns including print, direct mail, social, and email. (*cost may apply) - more information HERE.

Can I make changes to my agent webpage?

  • Yes, you can make changes to your headshot, logo, contact info, and bio. You can go to the Marketing profile and click edit for the information you would like to change.

    • Make sure you save when you are done making changes. These updates should reflect immediately on your marketing materials and website.

  • If you need additional help with making changes, send an email to [email protected].

Where should I add my Calendly link?

You can add your Calendly link to your Marketing profile. Scroll down to Links and paste your Calendly link under Scheduling URL. Your Calendly link will appear as the scheduling link in the Scope of Appointment form for recipients to schedule with you.
