Introducing Business Performance
The Production tab has been renamed to Business Performance. This updated section offers a more dynamic and reliable view of your business activity, combining reports and dashboards into a single, streamlined experience.
We're also rolling out a segmented approach to production data. Instead of viewing all metrics in one place, you'll now be able to see individual tabs that each focus on a specific segment of your production.
Each tab will feature targeted visualizations to help you better understand and act on your performance data.
Accessing Reports
To find Business Performance, click on Back Office and select View business performance reports under Business Performance.
The page will contain three tabs:
SunFire applications: Displays all applications submitted through SunFire using Spark’s contact integration or PURL.
Note: This tracks the number of Sunfire applications only — not details such as whether they were effectuated or attrited, or any applications submitted outside our integration or pURL.
Enrollment quality: view of output quality across all agents and subagencies.
Carrier enrollments: reporting related to enrollments generated.
